Day 1

Our professional safari driver will pick you up from the airport or hotel in Nairobi and bring you to your safari briefing. After this short introduction you will be on your way. From Nairobi you will enjoy a scenic drive through volcanic mountains and lakes providing breathtaking views of the Kenyan landscape. Along the way you will stop at The Great Rift Valley for photographs and then on to Lake Naivasha.

Upon arrival you will enter Hell’s Gate National Park. Here you will have the option to take a safari walk or drive in the safari vehicle. [Optional: Rent a bicycle and cycle through the park.] During this adventure you will enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, then continue with your safari. [Optional: Boat ride to Crescent Island on Lake Naivasha and viewing of the hippopotamus.]

Late in the afternoon you will return to your accommodation for a chance to rest before an authentic African dinner. After dinner there will be a bonfire where you meet other travelers and swap stories about your safari adventure. Then it is off to bed for a good night’s sleep.

Day 2

Today you will begin early. After a full breakfast, it is off for a morning walking safari excursion in Hell’s Gate National Park. Aside from all the wildlife, Hell’s Gate National Park famous for its natural geysers, star rock towers and a geothermal steam that makes it one of the most atmospheric parks in Africa. During the walk, your guide will introduce you to the lifestyle and behaviors of each animal you see and answer any questions you have.

On the drive back to Nairobi you will stop at the town of Mai Mahiu for lunch. Our driver will deliver you back to the airport or your hotel where you can say your goodbyes.
